GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Sirillus Capital, the company that publishes the website www.lyxoza.com (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via this website (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any purchase made on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 4 – Ordering
The Customer places their order online via the website www.lyxoza.com. The sale is concluded upon validation of payment. A confirmation email summarizing their order is sent to the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website at the time of ordering. The Seller uses secure payment systems. The Customer's bank details are not stored by the Seller.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
The Seller's liability is limited to the order amount.Article 10 – Personal Data
The personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@lyxoza.com
Article 11 – Disputes and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, the Customer may resort to consumer mediation. The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.Article 12 – Mediation
